This report outlines how Grieg Maturitas AS and its subsidiaries ( “Grieg Group”) have conducted due diligence assessments in accordance with the Norwegian Transparency Act during the period 01.01.2024–31.12.2024. It outlines our human rights due diligence efforts and our ongoing work to ensure compliance across our business operations, supply chain, and partnerships. It underscores our commitment to upholding and advancing human rights.
As the parent company, Grieg Maturitas AS is responsible for reporting on the due diligence practices of the entire group, including all subsidiaries. Several subsidiaries also fall independently under the scope of the Transparency Act due to their size.
