We have anchored our commitment to respecting international human rights in international human rights and labor standards, including those expressed in the International Bill of Human Rights and the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. We are committed to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP).

In December 2025, the Board of Grieg Maturitas approved the latest version of our Human Rights Policy. The policy serves as the Grieg Group’s governing human rights document. It outlines our commitment to human rights and how we turn this into practice through implementation and actions.
Our human rights approach follows a six-step due diligence process aligned with OECD Guidelines, ensuring that our commitments are integrated into our operations:
The Grieg Group reports on the due diligence practices of the entire group in accordance with the Norwegian Transparency Act. The Norwegian Transparency Act aims to increase businesses respect for human rights and decent working conditions, and to ensure transparency on compliance with these fundamental rights. We publish an account of due diligence on a yearly basis,which can be accessed thought our News and Media Center.
